  • Step 1 - Dust Removal

After removing the laces and the removable innersoles, thoroughly brush your shoes with the clean dry JAK brush to remove any dust and dirt particles.

  • Step 2 - Stain Removal

To remove any stains, water marks or soil from your suede/nubuck JAKs, gently rub the leather with the Famaco Gomme Net. After that, prepare a bowl with a 3-1 mix of water and the Famaco Ver Vel shampoo.

  • Step 3 - Wash and Dry

Apply the Famaco Ver Vel shampoo using your JAK brush in soft circular motions. Ensure that you cover your sneakers' entire surface. Rinse using the brush and clean water and finally remove any left over residue with a damp cloth.

  • Step 4 - Dry and Comb

Allow your shoes to fully dry in a shaded room at air temperature. To keep the nap looking smooth, comb it using the clean dry JAK brush. This will restore its fibres and give back its original look.
Pair your freshly clean shoes with a new pair of organic cotton laces and fit JAK's Spring Cedar Shoe Trees to help preserve the  original form of the shoes and absorb all the moisture.
